Description .This job performs a check on the database and produces a 

             print out giving the GP name, code and details of the item(s) 

             that require manual checking. The job checks the database for 

             both GP and Trainee Practitioner details. 

                  It should be noted that at this stage all irregularities 

             will be included on the print out, however, where possible 

             additional checks have been carried out to limit output; 

             eg. where a GP is in a partnership and has no bank details 

             other than those of the partnership, he will not be included 

             by this job for checking. 

                  It should also be noted that this job does not in any way 

             perform corrections on any inconsistencies discovered, it 

             simply reports them on the printout produced.
