Alternatively, if the composition you are trying to delete 

is the result of  merging  one or more Practices, this 

will not be possible if the composition of any of those 

other Practices has changed since the merge.

entered via the PC screen, the system has detected that

someone else has made another amendment via the PC 

screen since you last displayed the information on your 

screen. 

 Restore  your screen, and make any further 

changes that may be necessary.
