Screen 5   Practice List Index Screen 

This screen is read only. It displays an overview of the current status of all Practice 

Lists, by PCO Code and Practice Code known on your HA's database.  

The information displayed comprises: 

the PCO code of each Practice; 

the Practice Code; 

the Practice name; and 

the current status of the Practice's list. 

Closed Practices are indicated by an asterisk next to the Practice code.  

Directions to Display the Practice List Index Screen

To display the Practice List Index Screen, enter a key of

The Practices are listed in Practice Code order within PCO. 

Possible list statuses are: 

List Open   the Practice is accepting new registrations; 

Active closure   the Practice is not currently accepting new registrations; 

Practice closed   the Practice itself has closed; and 

Susp. closure   the Practice List Closure is currently suspended and, therefore 

accepting new registrations. 

NOTE 

No branch surgeries are listed in the display.
