PC SCREEN

Screen 4   Index Screen 

This screen is read only. It displays an overview of all Practices known on your HA's 

database. 

The information displayed comprises: 

the national code of each Practice, 

the identifiers of any other surgeries in the Practice, 

the Practice name, and 

the responsible HA. 

Closed Practices are indicated by an asterisk next to the Practice code. The asterisk will 

also appear against all other surgeries associated with the closed Practice. 

Directions to Display the Practice Index Screen 

1. 

To display the Practice Index Screen, enter a key of PC with a qualifier of I. The 

following screen display will appear.

If a qualifier of 

I,Q

 is entered instead of `I', the same information will be displayed but 

with Practices listed in responsible HA Q code order. Within each Q code, Practices will 

be listed in Practice code order. 

If a qualifier of `I,'Q code is entered, where  Q code  is a specific HA Q code (e.g. 

I,QT1

), the Practices responsible to that particular HA will be listed in Practice code 

order.
