Screen 3   Other Surgery Details 

If a Practice has one or more other surgeries, in addition to the Practice address, 

details can be entered via a  Surgery identifier . This Surgery identifier can be any 

combination of up to 6 alphanumeric characters (e.g. SURG1). 

Directions to Display the Other Surgery Screen 

1. 

To display the screen, use a key of PC with a qualifier of the Practice code, 

followed by a comma, followed by the Surgery identifier (no spaces). 

2. Press

screen display will appear.

Understanding the Other Surgery Screen (Entering New Details) 

Surgery address

Enter the address of this surgery (max. 5 lines of 35 characters each). It is mandatory to 

enter address information in at least the first one of these fields. 

Postcode 

Enter the postcode for this surgery. This field is mandatory. 

Grid Ref 

This is the grid reference of the surgery and is a read only field. 

STD code, Tel. no., Fax no. 

Enter the STD code, telephone number and fax number for this surgery (optional).
