From the screen 2 (Existing Practice Composition), use the 

 key.

  `*' after a GP Code shows that the GP has an End Date and no patients 

  `#' after a GP Code shows that the GP has an End Date and registered patients

Understanding the Practice Composition History Screens 

These screens are read only. They show previous compositions of this Practice, with 

start dates. Previous compositions are shown in reverse order (i.e. most recent first). 

If the Practice has several previous compositions, more screen pages will be available 

via the  key. 

Historic Practice GP relationships cannot be amended or deleted.
