then you will be able to delete, and this will also have the effect of resurrecting the other
ended Practice relationships.
NOTE
If a GP code is displayed with an asterisk (`*'), it means that the GP has an End
Date, and no patients are registered with him.
If a GP code is displayed with a hash character (`#'), it means that the GP has an
End Date, but that patients are still registered with him.
For GPs who have an End Date but no patients, you may need to consider
whether they should still belong to this Practice. GPs who have an End Date, but
who still have patients registered with them, may need to have those patients
transferred to another GP. Before you attempt to do this however, please make
sure that you have read and thoroughly understood GP Practices and GP
Partnerships Differences and Implications at the end of this section (page 13
22 onwards).
Bottom Part of the Screen
The bottom section of the Existing Practice Composition screen shows the previous
composition of this Practice (if any exists), with start dates. Since historic Practice GP
relationships cannot be amended or deleted, this part of the display is read only.
If the Practice has more than one previous composition, more screen pages will be
available via the
key.
