MEANING / ACTION 

ACTION mismatch 

You have specified an Action code of `D', and have also 

amended the relationship information. 

EITHER: 

Change the Action code to `A' to amend the 

information, 

OR 

Restore the screen if you want to enter Action code `D' 

to delete the relationship information for this PCO.

ACTION no data 

You have specified an Action code of `A', but have not 

changed the relationship information. 

EITHER: 

Change the information as required, 

OR 

Change the Action code.

NEW/EXIST conflict 

You have attempted to change information in the top 

half of the `Existing PCO Composition' screen (entering 

new relationship details for this PCO), while at the same 

time changing information in the bottom half of the 

screen (correcting mistakes in existing details for this 

PCO).  This is not allowed. 

DELETION not allowed 

You are attempting to delete an existing relationship, 

but this is not permissible.  Deletion of the existing 

relationship for this PCO would make the previous 

relationship  active  again.  However, one of the 

practices associated with this PCO in the previous 

relationship is now associated with another PCO.  Since 

a practice cannot be associated with more than one PCO 

at any given time, the previous relationship for this PCO 

is now illegal.  The present relationship for this PCO 

cannot therefore be deleted. 

Alternatively, if the composition you are trying to delete 

is the result of  merging  one or more PCOs, this will 

not be possible if the composition of any of those other 

PCOs has changed since the merge. 

~ or \ forbidden 

You have input a `~' or `\' character in a free text field.  

These characters are not allowed. 

A/C NAME missing 

You have not entered the name of the bank account. 

A/C No. missing 

You have not entered the bank account number. 

A/C No. invalid 

You have entered an invalid bank account number.  The 

account number must be numeric. 

BANK NAME missing 

You have not entered the name of the bank.
