A pop up box is available from this screen, showing the population counts for GPs who 

are not linked to a PCO.  To display the pop up box, position the cursor on the Key field 

(top left of the screen), and press the

If no figures for unlinked GPs are available, the message  No figures available for date  

will be displayed in the pop up box.

Emails to Key Users 

At midnight on Sunday, the calculation process also produces a weekly count of all 

patients registered to real GPs whose PCO code cannot be determined   listed as UNK 

in the summary display. The total count of these  unknowns , together with a 

breakdown of this total count by GP, are emailed to the key user (or users) defined on 

the SP M screen within the Registration system. 

NOTE 

If there are no  unknowns  for that week, no email will be sent.
