Screen 3   PCO Banking Details Screen 

This screen can be accessed when core details of a PCO have been set up.  It allows you 

to enter or amend Discretionary and Non discretionary bank account details for the 

PCO. 

Directions to Display the PCO Banking Details Screen 

1. 

To display the PCO Banking Details Screen, enter a key of 

HG

 with a qualifier 

of the 

PCO code

 followed by 

/B

 (e.g. 4AA11/B).  The following screen display 

will appear.

Understanding the PCO Banking Details Screen 

The Non discretionary bank account details are entered on the left hand side of the 

screen, and the Discretionary account details are entered on the right. 

A/C Name 

Enter the bank account name.  This field is mandatory. 

A/C No. 

Enter the bank account number.  This field is mandatory and must be numeric.
