Understanding the PCO Composition History Screens
These screens are read only. They show previous compositions of this PCO, with start
dates. Previous compositions are shown in reverse order (i.e. most recent first).
If the PCO has more than two previous compositions, more screen pages will be
available via the key.
Historic PCO Practice relationships cannot be amended or deleted.
Closing a PCO
NOTE
Closing a PCO is permanent. Once a PCO has been closed, no further
amendments can be made to any of its details. Make sure that this is really
what you want to do before carrying out the following procedure.
To close a PCO:
1.
Enter the date of closure in the
Date closed
field (described on page 12 8). The
message Permanently close PCG? will be displayed.
2.
If you are sure that you wish to permanently close this PCO, press
.
The message ** PLEASE CHECK DETAILS BELOW AND SEND AGAIN
TO CONFIRM ** will be displayed.
3.
When you have checked the details, and ensured that this is the PCO you wish to
close, press
again. The following screen display will then appear.
