Understanding the ZD Screen 

Action Field

There is one action field for each dummy GP (except ZZZ001 and ZZZ002).  Enter `I' to 

include the GP code in the table of dummy GPs and to include all patients registered with 

this GP in the download.  Enter `R' to remove the GP code from the table of dummy GPs 

and to not include the patients registered with this GP in the download. 

NOTE

The option `R' can only be used if the GP code has previously been  

  included. 

The file of GP details will not be amended in any way by actions made from 

this screen.
