ZD SCREEN

THE ZD SCREEN  

(Dummy doctors display)

This screen gives the HA the facility to choose which dummy doctors will have patients 

downloaded to magnetic tape to be sent to NHSCR Southport to create the Central Index.  

Some patients who are registered with dummy doctors will not be transferred. 

NOTE

For the purposes of this exercise, dummy doctors are assumed to be those 

  starting 

with 

 ZZ . 

Patients registered with dummy doctors  ZZZ001  and  ZZZ002  will always 

be downloaded, as these codes are generated within the Registration System.

Enter a key of ZD and a blank qualifier.
