GR SCREEN

Printing GP Payment Rates Information 

All rate changes shown on the GR detail screens can be printed using Financial Job 

FJ GIOS (described in Chapter 15 of this section).  FJ GIOS prints a full history of all 

previous and current rates (as displayed on GR) for Items of Service and Allowances. 

Financial Job FJ GRLO can be used to print a log of all changes made via the GR 

screen.  This Financial Job produces a report of 

ALL

 rate changes made since it was 

last run, so that a complete set of successive FJ GRLO printouts will provide a full 

audit of rate changes (and not just those rate changes displayed on GR).  FJ GRLO is 

described in Chapter 16 of this section. 

NOTE

A request to run FJ GRLO will temporarily  lock  the GR screen.  While 

FJ GRLO is in the Finance Job Queue, all updates to GP payment rates 

are prevented.  The GR screen will be  unlocked  again when the print is 

requested from screen FP G.

Amount 

The format of the amount is 99999.99 or 99999 

Start Date 

The format of the start date is dd.mm.yy
