THE GR SCREEN  

(GP Payment rates) 

This application is used to create and update the Payment Rates for GPs' Items of Service 

and Allowances.  Two index screens list the available categories (see below).  Each 

category needs to have both the amount and start date entered; detail screens are provided 

for this.
