END invalid 

Must be 24 hour clock, separated by a full stop (e.g. 3.25pm 

must be entered as 15.25). 

END must follow START 

An end time has been entered which is before the start time 

for this surgery session. 

MINUTES invalid 

The  minutes  part of each time (after the full stop) must 

consists of two numeric digits. 

TYPE invalid 

The Surgery Session Type code must be either: one of the 

fixed codes A   Z, or a two digit code which has previously 

been defined on the ST screen, or blank.  A full list of valid 

codes is given in the pop up box available from this field. 

FAX No. incomplete 

Both the Fax STD and No. fields must be completed if a fax 

number is entered. 

FAX No. invalid 

The fax number must be numeric or of the form 123 4567 or 

1234 5678 

PARKING invalid 

An invalid parking facility code has been entered.  Valid 

codes are listed in the pop up box available from this field.
