Details for up to three telephones may be entered.  The `Type' is a single character 

code which can be any of the following:

 Appointments 

E  

 Emergency only 

I  

 General 

O  

 Outside surgery 

S  

 Surgery times 

V  

 Visits 

Fax 

Enter the surgery STD code and fax number, if applicable. 

Parking 

The type of patient car parking available at the surgery, if applicable.  If a parking 

code is entered, it must be one of the following: 

G 

 Garage parking 

N  

 None 

P  

 Pay parking 

O   

 Own car park 

S  

 Street parking 

U 

 Unknown 

As an alternative to typing the appropriate letter in this field, the type of parking 

facilities can be selected from a pop up box.  To do this: 

Display the pop up box by positioning the cursor on this field, and then 

pressing the 

 and 

L

 keys at the same time. 

Select the type of parking available by moving the highlight to it using the Up 

and Down arrow keys. 

Press the

Wheelchair Access 

Enter 

Y

   Yes or 

N

   No in this field to denote whether or not wheelchair access is 

available at the surgery.  This field is optional. 

To `D'elete surgery 

This field allows you to delete all the details which have previously been entered for 

this surgery.  Enter

 if you wish to delete all the surgery details displayed on this 

page.
