QUERY message.  If maternity leave line has been blanked 

out. 

V CLE COSTS missing? 

QUERY message.  If vehicle type and amount are both 

blank. 

V CLE TYPE missing 

If amount has been entered, vehicle type must also be 

entered. 

V CLE TYPE invalid 

Must be C, M or S. 

V CLE COST missing 

QUERY message.  If type has been entered but cost has not. 

V CLE AMT invalid 

Must be of the form N(NNNN).NN 

V HCLE AMNT too high 

Must not exceed the allowed amount.
