Understanding the Training Period Details Screen 

GP Code 

The GP code of the trainer. 

From  

The start date of the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

To 

The end date of the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

V cle Type 

Used for entering type of vehicle to determine running costs.  Indicates car, motorcycle 

or scooter. 

P/T %age 

Part time percentage, or 100% if full time. 

Ldon W ting 

Inner or outer London allowance. 

Increment Date 

Optional field.  Should be of the form DDMM 

Salary Start 

Salary start date for the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

Salary End 

Salary end date for the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

Salary Type 

Indicates estimated or actual salary. 

Base Salary 

Amount.  Must be of the form N(NNNN).NN 

Non Super Amt 

Amount.  Must be of the form N(NNNN).NN 

PDU Start 

PDU start date for the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

PDU End 

PDU end date for the training period.  Must be of the form DD.MM.YY(YY) 

PDU Amount 

Amount.  Must be of the form N(NNNN).NN
