Page 2   Superannuation Screen 

This screen is used to enter the trainee s superannuation data including SD and NI 

numbers, details of all Additional Voluntary Contributions contracts to the NHS 

superannuation scheme, and start and end dates for the trainee s main pensionable 

contract.  These details are used by the payment system to calculate the trainee s 

superannuable remuneration and contributions to support maintenance of returns to the 

superannuation division at Fleetwood.
