(Wales only) Must be present for an eligible doctor.

(Wales only) Must be  Y  or  N  for an eligible doctor.

(Wales only) Must be left blank for an ineligible

ASSIST not on SL? 

QUERY message.  You have entered an Assistant 

GMC Number which has not yet been set up as a 

Supplementary List Doctor on the SL screen. 

SL Doctor not Assist? 

QUERY message.  You have entered an Assistant 

GMC Number for an doctor who has been set up as a 

Supplementary List Doctor on the SL screen, but who 

is not working as an Assistant (i.e. the `working as' 

code on the SL screen is not set to `AS'). 

** ASSISTANT NOT 

You have called up the AS screen for an Assistant 

ENTERED ON SL SCREEN ** 

whose GMC number has not yet been entered as a 

Supplementary List Doctor on the SL screen. 

** DOCTOR NOT WORKING 

You have called up the AS screen for a doctor who 

AS AN ASSISTANT ON SL
