SOME FIELDS UNAVAILABLE FOR UPDATE 

If this message is displayed on any of the various GP screens, then certain fields on that 

screen will be restricted from update, as detailed below.  This is caused by the fact that 

the partnership selected is part of : 

1)

a  payment or,  

2)

a balancing run currently in progress or , 

3)

outstanding against that partnership (or any partner therein) are additional  payments, 

monthly advances or additional recoveries.
