ADVANCE RECOVERIES 

WARNING message.  User may update the screen but 

HAVE BEEN RUN 

there may be implications. 

DATE missing 

Start date of share arrangement must be present if there 

are any other entries in that column. 

DATE invalid 

Must be a valid date. 

DATE too early 

Must be after a previous share date. 

DATE < curr PMS mth 

Must be after the start of the current PMS month if the 

partnership is PMS. 

DATE < pship 

Must be after the start date of the partnership. 

DATE > pship 

Must be before the termination date of the partnership. 

PAYMENTS made 

Cannot change the date of a share arrangement if a 

payment has already been made utilising that share 

arrangement. 

SHARE missing 

Share for each partner must be entered if share date is 

present. 

SHARE invalid 

Must be a fraction or a percentage, or # followed by the 

annual salary, or SAL for a salaried partner. 

SALARY invalid 

Where a salary is entered, it must contain only numeric 

characters, and must not be greater than 99999 

SHARES inconsistent 

Cannot have both fractions and percentages in shares. 

SHARES do not total 

Must add up to 100 (percent) or 1 (fraction). 

UPDATE R.H. column only 

When the screen is partially locked, entries may be made 

in the right hand column only. 

HEALTH data exists 

If share details change when data exists for FJ GADB. 

GPFC data exists 

If share details change when data exists for FJ GADB. 

Advance details exist 

If share details change when data exists for FJ GADR.
