GP SCREEN

MESSAGE MEANING 

/ACTION 

TERM >3mon ahead 

QUERY message.  Caution that termination date is more 

than 3 months ahead. 

GPFC data exists 

If partnership start date or end date changes and GPFC loan 

recovery dates exist on page 3 of the GP screen. 

HEALTH data exists 

If partnership start date or end date changes and Health 

Centre costs recovery dates exist on page 3 of the GP screen.

Advance details exist 

If partnership shares change when data exists for FJ GADR. 

TRANSMIT invalid 

The transmission code field is not T, P or B (mandatory 

field). 

PAYMENT in process 

The transmission code field must not be amended when FJ 

GMPP is in progress. 

P/SHIP not linked 

The user has input a transmission code of T or B but the 

partnership is not set up for HA/GP Links. 

STMT vs Non Resp 

The user has input a transmission code of T or B but the 

senior partner/GP is non responsible. 

NO GP Code 

A transmission code has been entered but there is no 

corresponding GP code in the GP code field. 

P/SHIP is linked 

QUERY message.  A transmission code of P has been 

entered but the practice is set up for HA/GP Links. 

Y or N 

Either `Y' or `N' must be entered in the `PMS Pilot' field. 

GP does not exist 

GP code must exist on the GD screen. 

GP not current 

GP must be current on GD at the partnership start date. 

GP is a Dummy 

GP code is that of a dummy doctor. 

P SHIP needs term 

If any of the GP partners have an end date on GD then the 

partnership must have a termination date. 

TERM. too late 

If any of the GP partners have an end date then the 

termination date must be on or before the end date on GD. 

SEN GP missing 

Senior partner must be present. 

GP can t change 

Cannot remove a partner after a payment has been made. 

GP in p ship 

GP already in a partnership during this period. 

DEP invalid 

Only `Y'   Yes or `N'   No may be entered in the

  Dep. 

override 

 field.  If left blank, it will default to `N'. 

 ~  not allowed 

Character ~ is not allowed in Notes field. 

DELETE invalid 

Delete selection may only be Y or y.  A partnership may not 

be deleted after a payment has been made to it.
