Partnership name must be present.

Character ~ is not allowed in the partnership name. 

P SHIP exists 

Partnership with this senior partner and start date exists. 

START DATE missing 

Start date must be present. 

START DATE invalid 

Must be a valid date of the form DD.MM.YY 

START not allowed 

If another partnership has the same senior partner and 

includes the same GPs, the start date must be after the 

termination date of the most recent partnership. 

START not allowed 

Cannot change the start date if a more recent partnership 

exists. 

START < 48 

Must be after 1948. 

START > 1yr ago  

QUERY message.  Start date more than a year ago. 

START > 3mon ahead  

QUERY message.  Start date more than 3 months in the 

future. 

TERM. invalid 

Partnership termination date, if entered, must be a valid 

date. 

TERM. not allowed 

Cannot change a termination date if a more recent 

partnership exists. 

TERM. present 

Changes to the start date or partners are not allowed if 

termination date is present. 

TERM. before START 

Termination date cannot be before start date. 

TERM. >1yr ago 

Must not be greater than 1 year ago. 

TERM. vs Share Strt 

Partnership end is earlier than a share period start date 

(see GP page 4 or individual shares CTPs). 

TERM. >6mon ahead 

Must be less than 6 months ahead. 

TERM vs EOQ run 

The Termination Date cannot be entered as, or changed 

to, a date before the End of Quarter if a balancing job has 

been run.
