Directions to Display the Items of Service Screen 

1. 

Enter the qualifier of S/ followed by the senior partner code/ followed by Item 

of Service Type.

The most recent period may be amended and a new share period can be entered.  Older 

shares can be viewed to the right of the most recent, with paging if necessary.  Change of 

individual shares will cause a separate contractual time period for the partnership. 

Understanding the Items of Service Screen

The start date for individual shares must be entered. 

I/P 

Indicator for shares: 

I Individual, 

P 

Partnership (relates to where the payment is made). 

Share 

If indicator is P the shares for this item are needed: 

1. Fraction or a percentage relevant to this item only. 

2. A    Payment included in main partnership shares. 

3. N    Payment credited to GP for superannuation purposes but paid in the 

partnership account.
