Verification of date of birth must be V or v or space.

Not allowed if no date of birth. 

AMOUNT/% not reqd 

Enter either an AVC amount or %, not both. 

AMOUNT/% must enter 

Either an AVC amount or % must be entered.

Amount must be numeric.
