Page 3   Deductions Screen 


This screen is used to enter details of deductions from GP payments onto the system.  


The screen records details of: 


  


leave payments and recoveries 


  


GP levy contribution status 


  


start and end dates for GPFC loans and health centre charges 


Leave payment details are automatically set up by the annual leave payment balancing 


job FJ GLEB, and are subsequently automatically recovered from each quarter end 


payment. 


Levy details specific to each payment are entered on the GG (GP general payments) 


screen.  Levy amounts are calculated and recovered from those participating GPs as 


entered on this screen. 


GPFC/health centre charges start and end dates for single handed contracts are set up on 


this screen, which in turn causes the GP to be included on the GF screen display.  GF is 


then used for setting up recovery amounts for each contract. 


NOTE 


  


GPFC/health centre charges contracts for partnerships are not input on 


this screen, but instead are recorded on page 3 of the GP screen.

DEDUCTIONS: 


 This screen indicates the deductions that relate to individual practitioners. 


 Leave payments which are processed by the  GLEB  balancing run will be entered 


 automatically, but changes to unrecovered amounts are allowed. Payments 


 made outside the system will not be included, and must be entered manually 


 along with the amounts to be deducted. Actual amounts for the items marked * 


 should be entered on the GF screen each quarter (if applicable). These items 


 are also held on the Partnership screen (GP). 


 Any other miscellaneous deductions can be entered via the GO screen.
