The GP must provide unrestricted services as defined on 

GD page 2 in order to qualify for the Golden Thanks 

Reduced Rate (Wales only).

QUERY message (Wales only).  Only Job Sharers are 

eligible for the Golden Thanks Reduced Rate. 

GT RED. v salaried 

The GP must not be a salaried PMS GP in order to 

qualify for the Golden Thanks Reduced Rate (Wales 

only).
