SEN4 before SEN3 END 

4th stage seniority cannot commence before the end of 

3rd stage. 

DATE not consecutive 

4th stage seniority should commence on the day 

immediately after the end of 3rd stage. 

SEN4 TO before FROM 

End date of seniority stage 4 cannot be before start date. 

SEN4 after age 72 

QUERY message.  Seniority can only be paid after age 72 

if application has been made and accepted. 

PGEA v limited list 

Postgraduate Education Allowance start date must not be 

present if Res/Lim list is R or N. 

PGEA FROM invalid 

Must be a valid date in the form dd.mm.yy(yy) 

PGEA too early 

PGEA start must not be before 01.04.1990 

Before GP on list 

PGEA start must not be before GP start date. 

PGEA DATES overlap 

PGEA start must not be before end date of a previous 

PGEA claim. 

PGEA already exists 

PGEA start claim date already exists on file (only 5 most 

recent claims are shown here). 

PGEA END not reqd 

PGEA end date may only be present if PGEA start exists. 

PGEA END invalid 

Must be a valid date in the form dd.mm.yy(yy) 

After GP end 

PGEA end must not be after GP end date. 

END before START 

PGEA end must not be before PGEA start. 

PGEA END too late 

Must be less than 1 year from PGEA start. 

PGEA already paid 

PGEA end must not be before the start of the current 

Financial quarter. 

LEVEL not reqd 

PGEA payment level indicator may only be present if 

PGEA start present. 

LEVEL invalid 

Must be 1   4. 

FULL RATE absent 

Must be present (`Y' or `N') for an eligible doctor. 

FULL RATE invalid 

Must be `Y' or `N' for an eligible doctor. 

FULL RATE not reqd 

Must be left blank for an ineligible doctor. 

GT FULL v List 

The GP must provide unrestricted services as defined on 

GD page 2 in order to qualify for the Golden Thanks Full 

Rate (Wales only). 

GT FULL v salaried 

The GP must not be a salaried PMS GP in order to 

qualify for the Golden Thanks Full Rate (Wales only).
