FJ PMPP requested 

The Golden Hello fields cannot be updated for a PMS GP 

if FJ PMPP is in the Finance Job Queue on screen FJ Q. 

FJ PMPP Print O/S 

The Golden Hello fields cannot be updated for a PMS GP 

if reports created by FJ PMPP are in the Finance Print 

Queue on screen FP G. 

FJ PMPP Payment O/S 

The Golden Hello fields cannot be updated for a PMS GP 

if there are any payment runs currently outstanding on the 

FJ PMPP run request screen. 

FJ PMSL running 

The Golden Hello fields cannot be updated for a PMS GP 

if the PMS Audit Log Print job FJ PMSL is running. 

GH invalid for ended GP 

A Golden Hello cannot be paid to a GP who has been         

ended. 

GH invalid for ZZZ GP 

A Golden Hello cannot be paid to a dummy GP. 

GH DATE absent 

The Golden Hello Start Date and Charge Code must both 

be present. 

GH DATE not 

The format of the Golden Hello Start Date must be 

DD.MM.CCYY 

DD.MM.CCYY. 

GH DATE < GP start 

The Golden Hello Start Date cannot be before the GP 

Start Date. 

GH DATE too early 

The Golden Hello Date must not be before 1 April 2001. 

GH DATE in future 

The Golden Hello Date cannot be in the future. 

GH CHARGE CODE absent 

The Golden Hello Start Date and Charge Code must both 

be present. 

GH CHARGE CODE invalid 

The Golden Hello Charge Code must be A, B, C or D, as 

specified on the GR screen with qualifier `GOLDH'. 

NO GH AMOUNT for Date 

There is no Golden Hello amount applicable to the Start 

Date entered on the GR screen with qualifier `GOLDH'. 

NO PF Details 

A PMS GP must have a contract on the PF screen. 

PMS Details not current 

A PMS GP must have a contract for the current Financial 

Year. 

GH already paid 

Golden Hello details cannot be amended or deleted after 

the Golden Hello has been paid. 

GH will not be paid 

QUERY message.  If the Golden Hello Start Date for a 

PMS GP lies outside the current month as defined on the 

PY screen, no automatic payment record will be 

generated on the PV screen, and the Golden Hello will be
