Any entry in the Actual% field must be in the format 

nnn.nn   e.g. 40.00, 60.00   and there must be at least one 

digit before the decimal point and always two digits after 

it. 

ACT% <= 100% 

The Actual% field cannot contain a value greater than 

100.00 

PAYMENT v. ACT% 

QUERY message.  The PAYMENT field is set to `F', and 

the ACTUAL field is blank, but there is a value in the 

Actual% field. 

BPA absent 

Basic Practice Allowance % must be present. 

BPA invalid 

Must be numeric. 

BPA too big 

Must not be greater than 100. 

BPA v rest/limited 

If Res/Lim/Nor is R or L, BPA must equal zero. 

BPA v TIME 

If Flexible work is  Job share , BPA must be less than 

100.
