MESSAGE 

MEANING / ACTION 

B1 screen   OK? 

QUERY message.  Alerts operator to presence of B1 

screen where the end date matches the B1 screen action 

date.  Only proceed after checking Finance implications. 

A/B/D details   OK? 

QUERY message.  Alerts operator to presence of 

Abeyance, Bulk Transfer or Dispersal details where the 

details are not accessible via the B1 screen.  The end date 

matches the action date of the most recent of these.  Only 

proceed after checking Finance implications. 

END v ABD dd.mm.yy   OK? 

QUERY message.  Alerts operator that the end date does 

not match the action date of the most recent Abeyance, 

Bulk Transfer or Dispersal, where details are not 

accessible via the B1 screen.  Only proceed after 

checking Finance implications. 

100% GH CLAWBACK 

QUERY message.  100% of the GP's Golden Hello 

payment will be recovered since the GP has been ended 

without completing 6 months  service. 

Note that a payment recovery record will be generated on 

the GO screen for GMS GPs.  Please check.

50% GH CLAWBACK 

QUERY message.  50% of the GP's Golden Hello 

payment will be recovered since the GP has been ended 

having completed more than 6 months but less than 24 

months  service. 

Note that a payment recovery record will be generated on 

the GO screen for GMS GPs.  Please check.

NO CLAWBACK on death 

QUERY message.  A GP who had received a Golden 

Hello payment has been ended with a reason of `1' 

(Death).  No clawback recovery will be made. 

CLAWBACK unaffected 

QUERY message.  Either the GP's End Date has been 

changed or the End reason has been changed to or from 

 1  (Death), `3' (new post, same PCO) or `4' (new post, 

another PCO) after the GP has been ended.  In none of 

these cases is any automatically generated recovery 

payment affected. 

NO CLAWBACK generated 

QUERY Message. A GP who had received a Golden 

Hello payment has been ended with a reason of `3' (new 

post, same PCO) or `4' (new post, another PCO). No 

recovery will be made in these cases. 

CLAWBACK vs PMS mth 

Query Message. The GP's end date is not within the 

current PMS payment month. Therefore, a CLAWBACK 

records will not be generated on the PV screen. 

CLAWBACK v PF details 

Query Message. Cannot generate CLAWBACK record as
