To select a language to be added to or deleted from the list for this GP, move the 

highlight in the left hand column to the language: 

If the language is displayed in the pop up box, move the highlight to 

it using the Up and Down arrow keys ( 

 and 

 ) on your keyboard. 

If the language you want is not displayed, you can move through the 

list of languages using the 

 and 

 keys on 

your numeric keypad. 

Alternatively, you can go straight to the page listing your required 

language without scrolling through the entire list, by pressing 

G

.  A 

further pop up box will then be displayed, in which you can type the 

language you require and then press 

.  A list of languages 

containing your selection will then appear.  Move the highlight to the 

language you require, using the arrow keys as before.

To add the language to the list of languages spoken by this GP (or to remove it if 

it is already listed), press the 

 bar. 

4. 

If you wish to remove all the languages from this GP's list, press 

U

. 

5. 

When the right hand column of the pop up box shows all the languages spoken 

by the GP (and none that are not spoken), press 

.

The pop up box 

will disappear from the screen, and the list of languages spoken by the GP will 

be updated.
