GD SCREEN
Directions to Make Changes to the Languages Spoken Screen
Changes can be made to the Languages Spoken by a responsible GP, via a pop up box.
1.
To display the pop up box, place the cursor on the qualifier field (top right of the
screen), and press the usual key combination. Normally, this key combination
will consist of pressing the
and
< / >
keys at the same time if you are
working on an Exeter System terminal, or pressing the
,
and
<
>
keys for terminal emulation via a PC. However, the key combination which is
used at your organisation will depend upon local keyboard mappings.

The right hand column of the pop up box displays a list of all the languages
currently noted as being spoken by this GP. The left hand column contains a list
of languages from which you can either select other languages spoken by the GP,
or deselect languages that are currently (wrongly) listed.
