GD SCREEN

The Historic Index Screen 

To view the Historic Index screen for a GP, enter a qualifier of 

H/

 followed by the GP 

code.  This read only screen displays an overview of contracts in which the selected GP 

has been involved since starting his/her contract with the responsible organisation.  The 

GP's most recent contract with the organisation is displayed first, and earlier contracts 

are then listed in descending chronological order.  

The screen is also used to track different partnerships that the GP has worked in during 

his/her contract with the organisation. 

Directions to Display the Historic Index Screen 

1. 

To display the Historic Index Screen, enter a qualifier of 

H/

 followed by the GP 

code.
