Page 2   Services Provided Screen 

The Services Provided screen is accessed from the General Details screen (Figure 2) by 

pressing the 

key.  This screen is used to enter details of the District Health 

Authority, Medical Practice Area codes, and other (fringe) organisations in which the 

GP additionally provides services.  It also allows more specific detail of services to be 

viewed and maintained  

The screen also provides a space for entering additional information about the GP, i.e. 

Special Notes.  The Special Notes field may be used to enter information such as the 

GP s Fundholding status.  The first line of the Special Notes information is highlighted 

and displayed in the second line of the pages 1, 2 and 3 of the GD screen.
