GD SCREEN

How to View PCT/Practice Details (Pop up Box) 

Directions   To view PCT/Practice details: 

1. 

Position the cursor in the 

GP Code

 field (first data entry field). 

2. 

Press the usual key combination to display the information. 

Normally, this key combination will consist of pressing the 

 and 

< / >

 keys at the same time if you are working on an Exeter System 

terminal, or pressing the 

,

 and 

<   >

 keys for terminal 

emulation via a PC.  However, the key combination which is used at 

your organisation will depend upon local keyboard mappings. 

 If no Practice/PCT information or relationships have been 

established for this GP as of today's date, the fields in the pop up 

box will contain only `?' characters. 

3. Press 

the 

 key to close the box.
