THE GD SCREEN

The GD screen allows GP details to be displayed, set up and amended. 

Use the GD screen to hold: 

Doctor's identity details 

Services provided 

Fees and allowances 

Assistant details 

Historic index 

Languages spoken 

Clinical Interests 

Directions to Display the GD Screens 

1. 

Enter a key of 

GD

 with a valid qualifier.  The valid qualifiers that may be used are: 

Qualifier Use 

GP code 

or 

GP name 

View/update details for an existing GP.  This screen 

consists of 3 pages: 

Page 1 gives general details for this GP 

Page 2 gives services provided by this GP 

Page 3 gives fees and allowances for this GP 

blank 

Enter details for a new GP.  When new details have 

been entered, the screen will be refreshed, and pages 2 

and 3 will be available for the entry of services 

provided and fees and allowances. 

A/GP code 

View/update assistant details for this GP. 

H/GP code 

View/update the historic index showing past contracts 

with the organisation responsible for this GP. 

GP code,LANG 

View/update the languages spoken by this GP. 

GP code,CI 

View/update the Clinical Interests of this GP.
