10.2  Example of using the Web Service 

The Web Service should be installed like any other e FixIT application or JSP web page. For example, 

The JSP file should be placed in a sub directory of a JSP compliant www server's root directory and the 

Java source compiled into a class file and made available via CLASSPATH of the www server. Below is a 

picture of testing the Web Service in a www browser. Note the actual HTTP query string in the address 

field of the browser. In addition to this, the service can be used with any HTTP client component.
