Appendix 2: Configuring Netscape Navigator 

If you selected Netscape Navigator for configuration during the ASTRA proxy client installation routine, 

you do not need to configure it manually.  However, Netscape Navigator can be configured manually 

at any time by following the instructions below. 

1. Launch Netscape Navigator 

2. To configure Netscape Navigator for the Proxy solution, select the menu option 

Edit  > Preferences. 

3. In the Category pane click on Advanced then Proxies. 

4. Select the option `Manual proxy configuration`. 

5. Complete the Proxy settings as shown in the screen capture above  

6. Save the changes by clicking the `OK` button.
