Troubleshooting 

The 

BoxTrapper

 will prevent all mail from entering your inbox except from 

addresses on your white list, or addresses that have responded to your 

verification message. Make sure that any automatic mailing you wish to receive 

have their from address on your white list as they will not be able to respond to 

your verification mail. 

Configuring the boxtrapper 

Overview 

The cPanel 

BoxTrapper

 configuration allows you to set what email addresses are 

associated with the 

BoxTrapper

 and also how long logs and queue messages are 

kept for those accounts. 

Steps

 To access the 

Mail Menu

, click on the 

 icon above the word 

Mail

 on the 

main screen of your cPanel interface.

 BoxTrapper Spam Trap

.

 To enter the 

BoxTrapper

 menu, click on the word 

Manage.
