attack against the Meridian is an attack against countries near the equator 

(in Africa). The Arab nations attack into Africa (but are unable to conquer 

the entire continent). This war unfolds over many years, beginning in 2010. 

The war of the Arab nations against Europe, the U.S. and Africa is World 

War III, a long and bloody war. The European nations are not able to stop 

the invasion of the Arabs, nor to be freed from their hand, because it is 

God s will for the Arabs to conquer them as a consequence for sin and as a 

preparation for necessary future events. They conquer most or all of Europe, 

and a large part of Africa. 

How far into Africa do the Arab nations attack? Since this area is referred to 

as the Meridian (the equator), they attack at least as far as the equator. But 

they are stopped before the area near the equator because the great 

monarch s kingdom does not include the Meridian. When the great 

monarch s kingdom is divided into four parts, the southern part eventually 

will become one of the ten kingdoms of the ten kings. It is called the South 

(Daniel 11) because it is the southern most part of the great monarch s 

kingdom. Therefore, the Arabs are unable to conquer most of the continent 

of Africa. They only succeed in conquering the northern portion of Africa. 

{8:5} And I understood, and behold, a he goat among she goats came from 

the West above the face of the entire earth, and he did not touch the ground. 

Furthermore, the he goat had a preeminent horn between his eyes. 

{8:6} And he went all the way to the ram that had the horns, which I had 

seen standing before the gate, and he ran towards him in the force of his 

strength. 

{8:7} And when he approached near to the ram, he was enraged against 

him, and he struck the ram, and broke his two horns, and the ram could not 

withstand him, and when he had cast him down on the ground, he trampled 

him, and no one was able to free the ram from his hand. 

The he goat is the great monarch, a leader of French origins who leads the 

attack against the Arab nations in the occupied lands and in their own 

nations. This attack occurs during the mid 2030 s, at the beginning of World 

War IV. He is called a he goat among she goats because, unlike the Arab 

nations and the occupied lands, the free nations unwisely permit women to 

become political leaders. During this time period there are a number of 

prominent women political leaders. But the he goat exceeds them all. 

The he goat also represents the group of nations that will attack the Arab
