And, during the subsequent reign of the Antichrist, there will be false 

miracles and false signs. 

The ten kingdoms, in my limited understanding, will be more or less the 

following: 

1. The North    Europe (northern part of great monarch s kingdom) 

2. The South     northern Africa and Middle East (southern part of great 

monarch s kingdom; also called  the strength  because it is the last bastion 

of Christianity and it includes the holy land) 

3. The West    North America (threatened and attacked by the Arab nations 

in World War IIII) 

4. The East     the Leopard; perhaps based in China (one of the three 

kingdoms conquered by the Antichrist) 

5. The Meridian     most of Africa (another one of the three kingdoms 

conquered by the Antichrist) 

6. The Bear    Russia and associated nations 

7. India and associated nations 

8. South America 

9. The Islands    Australia and nearby island nations 

10. unknown (perhaps located in Asia) 

{7:8} I considered the horns, and behold, another little horn rose out of the 

midst of them. And three of the first horns were rooted out by its presence. 

And behold, eyes like the eyes of a man were in this horn, and a mouth 

speaking unnatural things. 

The little horn is the Antichrist. He is a little leader, at first. He is not the son 

of a king or great ruler. He is not in line to inherit power. He is not a 

powerful political leader who would be seen as likely to succeed to the 

position of ruler. He has only a little power at first. Even when he becomes 

the king of the North, he has limited power and must fight to increase his 

power within that kingdom. 

The Antichrist replaces one of the ten kings, the king of the North, then he 

roots out three of the other ten kings. Thus, he obtains power over four of 

the ten kingdoms, so that the ten kingdoms are ruled by seven leaders. The 

eyes of the Antichrist are the eyes of a man, and the Antichrist himself is 

merely a man, but he speaks unnatural monstrous things, as if he were more 

than a man. The eyes of the horn may also represent the Antichrist s ability 

to see things and know things, seemingly with an unnatural ability, but no, 

his eyes are merely the eyes of a man. The mouth speaking unnatural things
