some way to dispose of all weapons as these will no longer be needed. 

Third, at the end of the Millennium (Rev 20:8 9), the wicked who try to 

make war will be destroyed by God, and again there will be a huge number 

dead and many weapons to be destroyed. 

    In each case, it will be necessary for people to destroy huge numbers of 

weapons and bury huge numbers of the dead. The weapons will be used as a 

source of fuel (Ezek 39:10). The dead will be buried in stages. First,  all the 

people  will help with the task (Ezek 39:13). Next, once most of the dead 

have been buried, certain men will be appointed to continue the task, (Ezek 

39:14). Lastly, they will make a search of the land for the last remains of the 

dead, and they will tag these remains so that a team of buriers can locate 

and bury them (Ezek 39:14 15).
