Software

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration > Diagnostics >  Appliance Status. The Appliance Status 

table displays statistics about resource usage, network statistics, and process 

status.

Step 2

From the drop down arrow, select either Process or Memory/CPU.

Restart

This option allows you to reboot the Hosting Solution Engine. This restarts the 

entire Hosting Solution Engine. 

After the Hosting Solution Engine restarts, discovery (see 

Discovering Devices 

Overview, page 4 24

) will begin immediately and all other functions will resume.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration > Diagnostics > Restart. The Restart window appears.

Step 2

Click Restart to restart the Hosting Solution Engine. 

Clicking Restart restarts the entire Hosting Solution Engine. If you need to 

perform a manual soft restart, for example when modifying a network interface, 

you can use the CLI commands (see 

Command Reference, page 8 1

).

Software

The Software subtab allows you to manage the Hosting Solution Engine software, 

such as updating, backing up & restoring, storing (in repository), viewing. 

The options include:

Browse Repository
