Procedure

View log file details.

Click log file name. A window appears with log file 

information.

Tip

All log file timestamps are displayed in 

UTC/GMT time.

Save log files to your 

Right click on the log file name.

It is recommended that you save your file to your local 

machine for viewing if the file is over 50MB.

Email the log file.

1. Check the log file check boxes, then click Email.

2. Enter the email address and (optional) message. 

To send multiple emails, separate addresses by a 

comma.

Log Files Displayed

The Hosting Solution Engine maintains the following log files.

Tip

All log file timestamps are displayed in UTC/GMT time. You cannot customize 

time zone display for log files.

Repository activity.

login.log

User login activity.

seSync.log

Sync activity.

syslog_log

Syslog activity.

ssl_request_log

Secure socket layer web server events for https.
