Chapter 6      Using Reports

PIX Flow

Procedure

Step 1

Select Reports > PIX Flow. The Syslog Reporting window appears:

Description

Start and End Time

Select to run a report that spans one or more 

days.

Start time Select the start date and time.

End time Select the end date and time.

In Last

Select to run a report that spans a specified 

number of minutes.

The default is 10 minutes.

Source

Select the PIX device IP about which you want 

a report.

Max Results

Enter the maximum number of messages you 

want displayed in the report.

The maximum is 2000.

Search Text

(Optional) Enter the text used to search for 

particular syslog messages you want in the 

report.

The text search is case sensitive and supports 

only exact matching; no wildcard can be used.
