Chapter 6 Using Reports
Reports
Step 2
Click Add. The Select Reports dialog box appears with a list of available reports.
Step 3
Select the report you want to enable, then click Next.
Step 4
From the Devices Available table, select the device(s), then click the right arrow.
Step 5
Click Next.
Step 6
If all information in the Summary is correct, click Finish. If you want to make
changes, click Back and make your changes, then finish.
The report will be added to the Reports list and collectors will be enabled. To
configure (see
Set Report Parameters, page 6 9
) and view the report, click on the
report name.
Edit Reports
Use this option to change devices. By editing a report, you are enabling the data
collectors. Until you edit (or add) a report, the collectors are not enabled.
Procedure
Step 1
Select the report you want to edit, then click Edit. The Select Devices dialog box
appears.
Step 2
Select the devices you want to appear on the report table, then click Next.
Step 3
If all information in the Summary is correct, click Finish. If you want to make
changes, click Back and make your changes, then finish.
The new device list will be added to the report and the device collectors will be
enabled. To configure (see
Set Report Parameters, page 6 9
) and view the report,
click on the report name.
Delete Reports
Use this option to delete reports from the Reports list. Check the check box next
to the report you want to delete, then click Delete.
