Using View Tables
Step 3
From the View Tables option, you can:
Filter the views in a view table. Select views by users/roles from the drop
down menu, and click Filter.
Export the table data to another location. Choose CSV or XML format and
click Okay.
Print the view table.

Creating View Tables
Use this option to create new view tables.
Procedure
Step 1
Select Monitor >View Tables.
Step 2
Click Add.
Step 3
Enter a name for your view table in the View Table Name text box. Enter an
optional description for this view if desired.
Step 4
Click Next.
Step 5
Select the view table you want to display in the view table, then click Next.
Refer to the Online Help for available data table types.
Step 6
Select the data columns you want to appear in the table, then click Next.
Step 7
Select the order in which you want the data columns to appear, then click Next.
